Pink, Grey and Blue Wedding Cake

I had the privilege of making my cousins wedding cake. She wasn't super opinionated which was different haha. She mentioned that she liked ruffles and that her colors were blue, grey and pink. Other than that I had pretty much free rein. The wedding cake was strawberry and vanilla with dark chocolate ganache. Mmmm Thanks Katie and Jordan for letting us be part of your special day

Holy War Cake

This Holy War Cake was chocolate with Swiss Meringue Buttercream and fondant accents. Mmmm What a fun (and hopefully cool cause that's what he wanted) 10th birthday cake!

Car Cake

This car cake was for my friends cute little girl. Such a fun, cute cake! The inside of this awesome birthday cake was chocolate cake with chocolate ganache. Mmmmm

Star Wars Birthday Cake

This cake was for my son's third birthday. I thought this cake turned out pretty awesome and so did he. The bottom tier was chocolate with ganache and the top was vanilla with Swiss meringue buttercream. Mmmm

 

Purple Rosette Baby Shower Cake

This sweet little cake was vanilla cake with Swiss meringue buttercream for a baby shower. I thought it turned out really sweet. 

I don't know what happened but the lighting was awful when I took these pictures. ugh

Cow Girl Cake

How cute is this cake?! Seriously... these boots kill me. This was a chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache (yum) and decorated in fondant, modeling chocolate and royal icing. 

 

Rainbow Cake

I've decided I need more girls! Girly cakes are way too much fun to make! I absolutely loved this rainbow cake... the bottom tier is my favorite. And you can't really see it very well but it was glittery too.... because girls need glitter. :) (Chocolate cake, vanilla buttercream, ganache and decorated in fondant and gumpaste) There was extra space for them to put some ponies on after delivery too.

Doctor Who Tardis Cake

I've never really watched Doctor Who but I know so many people who love it. I was pretty excited to make this cake. It was such a fun cake to make. This was a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream filling and covered in ganache and decorated with modeling chocolate, fondant and gumpaste. This cake was a little taller than I thought it would be ... seriously I loved it. :)

Baby Shower Cake Pops

 What could be better than baby cake pops for a baby shower? I love these babies :)

Elegant CTR Cake

I loved this pretty little buttercream cake.... and to make it better the inside was rainbow. Yay! I am pretty sure any little girl would love an elegant cake like this and the glitter that you can't really see made it even better.
