Sprinkle Cake

This super cute cake was for my super cute Mom. Sometimes it's fun to make a cake when I can do whatever I want. I asked my mom if she had any requests for her cake and she didn't so this is what I came up with. I've been wanting to make a sprinkle cake for a while. I think they are super cute even though they're pretty simple.... I like simple cakes. 

 

 

This was a chocolate and vanilla marbled cake with whipped vanilla filling and a Swiss Meringue Buttercream frosting... it was delicious! Ohh... and the accents were made out of modeling chocolate :)

Walking Dead Cake

This cake was a birthday cake. And it just so happened to be for the same day as The Walking Dead season finale.

This was a Chocolate and Vanilla Marbled cake with Whipped Vanilla filling and covered in chocolate ganache. This was my first time working with ganache and I loved it! The cake was then covered in marshmallow fondant and topped with modeling chocolate accents and gelatin guts.

It's spring! Aren't these so cute?! And who doesn't love a cupcake :)
