This cute cake was for a cute girl that loves animals. It was a chocolate cake, filled and covered in Swiss meringue butter cream and decorated with gumpaste/fondant accents.

Mint CTR Cake
Brookie had a birthday. She turned 8 and for us that is a pretty special birthday. She recently told Mimi and Baka that she really likes the color mint green so we decided to use some mint green :) The inside of the cake was chocolate with Chocolate ganache. Brooklyn's favorite is always the fondant so I made sure to use fondant. Most of the time she'll eat the fondant and leave the rest of the cake.... Silly Girl.

Gender Reveal Cake
I've been wanting to make a gender reveal cake for quite some time so when I found out we were expecting I decided this would be the perfect opportunity. I decided to fill the cake with m&m's and sixlets. We are so excited for Baby Sweetie to join our family.
