Pretty in Pink Birthday Cake

This cake was for a First Birthday cake for my friends little girl who just turned one. The theme of the party was Pretty in Pink. It was a strawberry cake with cream cheese filling, covered in white ganache and decorated with fondant. Such a fun theme for a little girl birthday!

 

 

I was going to add the name after delivery but then decided it would survive the trip. I wish I had a better picture with the name.

Girly/Flower/Fashion/Journalism.... I don't know what to call this Cake

This cake was for a family whose three girls ice skate, one is majoring in journalism and one of them is very into fashion. The top tier was chocolate and red velvet and the bottom layer was vanilla with raspberry filling.

What little girl wouldn't love this Hello Kitty Cake? So Cute!!! This was a vanilla butter cake with delicious raspberry filling and ganache. Mmmmm

BYU Sports Mini Cake

For Fathers Day I offered some special mini cakes and this cake was ordered. It was a 4" Vanilla cake with ganache, covered with fondant, modeling chocolate designs and buttercream trim.

This pretty little birthday cake was vanilla and Red Velvet with Swiss Meringue Buttercream frosting. The flowers were made out of fondant and gumpaste.
