UVU Graduation/Going to Dental School Cake

My mother in law asked me to make this cake for my brother in law. He just graduated from UVU and he and his wife will be moving to Florida soon for dental school. 

I just have to mention that the logo probably took me a few hours to make but I think it turned out pretty good even if Gavin thought it was a BYU Cougar.... we bleed blue what can I say?
