I have an AWESOME Dad. I made this two tier cherry/chocolate/cherry dark chocolate filling and ganache covered cake for his 60th birthday. I tried to cover it with things he loves. Golf, fly fishing, mountain biking and racquetball... he also loves family, church, friends among many other things but I couldn't fit everything on the cake.
I'm so glad I got to make him this cake! Even if my mom made him a sour cream chocolate cake too. haha

| My first time making a bike out of gumpaste... it turned out cute but didn't travel so well.... I definitely have a few different things I would do next time. |
